A Series on The Core & Core Strength - $35/each, do one or do them all!

Sept. 13 - Heelbones to Hamstrings & the Back Triangle - how the weight bearing part of the foot relates to hamstring strength, knee health, happy hips, a resilient pelvic floor, ease in your low back, plus good presence and stability in your whole body!

Oct. 11 - Tiptoes, Inner Thighs & the Front Triangle - how strength and agility in the toes and feet supports strength in the thighs, healthy mobility in the knees, great tone in the lower abdominal organs, and overall nimbleness and grace in movement!

Nov. 8 - Grip Strength, Cranky Wrists & Heart Health - how the connection from hands to tail can bring integrity to the whole body, openness in the chest, ease in the upper back and a joyful heart!

Join Theresa for one or any of these events.  As a Somatic Movement Educator, Yoga Therapist, Developmental Movement Educator, and 30 year teacher of Yoga she brings a lot to the table for feeling, exploring, learning, and healing!
