In this class, we'll practice some gentle movement combined with some stretchy yoga poses alongside rolling! Tennis balls are provided for you to use during class but please bring your own massage balls or foam rollers if you have any to use. We'll focus on working with our fascia through yoga postures and self myofascial release techniques using our props. This is great for increasing mobility and to support recovery of our connective tissues.
