This will be an all levels practice that combines some gentle yoga,  dynamic movements and myofascial release techniques to bring about overall ease. Whether you're in need of recovery from over doing it or the opposite, not moving enough and feeling stagnant, this can bring the balance you're looking for. 

If you have 2 massage balls of the same size,  please bring them to class, but we will have some tennis balls for everyone to borrow.
