Have you wanted to start a mindfulness practice but aren’t quite sure where to start or started but just can’t seem to keep it going?
This 75 minute class will begin to explore different methods of mindfulness and give guided practice to each type as well as helpful suggestions to take with you to help nurture a more consistent and rewarding mindfulness practice suited to your needs.
This is a donation based class with proceeds benefitting StandUp for Kids - a non profit dedicated to ending the cycle of youth homelessness.
