Mondays, 4:15-5:15 pm Sept 9 - Oct 21, no class 10/14.

Mat Pilates, level 2 classes are for those who have a basic understanding and practice of mat pilates.  This class is designed to build from the basics taught in all levels mat pilates.  Classes include more intensity and focus to form as well as expand students knowledge of different  exercises.

To allow students to progress together, no drop ins will be allowed for this series.
