This is a 2 hour workshop for people of all walks of life who have lost someone near and dear to them. This practice combines mindfulness techniques, yoga asana flow, restorative yoga, breath work, and guided meditation to assist participants to feel the full breadth of their feelings and to begin (or to continue) to process and make sense of these feelings in a way that is personally meaningful. Feel free to bring personal props for your comfort including eye mask and or a blanket. Feel free to bring a totem for your loved one or a journal if you’d like.
