Join us as we move, breathe, and journey together towards a state of tranquility. This transformative class begins with Yin Yoga, which entails slow-paced, passive, deep stretches on the ground each held for 3-5 minutes with props. Each pose is paired with mindful breathing to focus on relaxing your muscles to target your connective tissues: fascia, tendons, ligaments and joints. Improve your range of motion, flexibility, pliability, and open up blockages to allow energy to flow freely. Class will transition into Restorative Yoga.  Let go and surrender into each posture supported by more props to delve deeper into relaxation. Embrace the power of poetry, mantras and affirmations to uplift not only our bodies but also our minds and souls, leaving us feeling grounded, centered, and rejuvenated. Offered with very mild heat 77-80 degrees.
