A gentle hatha yoga class designed for beginners and those looking for a slower paced class.  Active stretching and standing postures blend seamlessly with grounded postures, relaxation, breath work and meditation. More time spent on each posture, no flow. This class is perfect for those needing more space to release tension in the body and deepen the mind/body connection. Very mild heat (77-80 degrees).
