Offered to all levels including those new to Pilates.
This 5-week session offers students an introduction to mat pilates and slowly progresses through exercises done on the floor.  Each student will be guided through set exercises that teach how to use inner core strength and improve that strength over the 5 week period. No added heat (75 degrees).
