The Back Triangle (of the pelvic floor) -- The often forgotten corridor or door to the core!

Chronically tight hamstrings?  Crabby lower back?  Trouble with balancing poses?
In this workshop we'll take a close look at the form and function of the pelvic floor as it pertains to our core strength.  We'll study, in movement, pictures and anatomy models, the relationship the back half (or back triangle) of the pelvic floor has to the innermost hamstrings, deep goins, the entire spine, and core strength!   We'll look into why these structures are typically weak (and tight).  We'll play and move into how we can call them up, strengthen them, find better balance, easier flow, and perhaps quell any low back or hip pain that may be related.  Good stuff.
