A 4 session yoga series for brand new beginners. A slower moving class with extra instruction on the postures. We will review basic yoga postures including warrior one, warrior two, crescent lunge, side angle, triangle, downward dog, cobra, bridge, and others. You will also learn the basics of breathwork and mind body awareness.
$55 for the entire 4 class series in person, $35 for the class series online.
